Fulfilling God’s Plan

  • 11 March 2012

Today was not the typical day of rest as I had a lot to do to take care of things that needed to be cared for before my next trip which begins tomorrow. Although I have more to do in the morning, I feel a sense of accomplishment and pray everything runs smoothly so I can accomplish it all.

At the convention this past weekend, I was reminded of how people need a listening ear. Several people came to the table seemingly just needing to talk. I started getting tired halfway through the second day but I thank God that I was able to be there for the people He brought to the table.

I was also reminded of the shape of the world and how it’s declining by the day. It makes me wonder: Am I fulfilling the role God created me to fill? I pray God will open my eyes to the things I don’t currently see. I need more of a burden for a lost hopeless world.

I look forward to hearing what God desires to speak in the next little while. This coming week promises to be busy with more traveling, seminars, conferences and people but God has a plan and I’m so grateful to be part of it.
